1. Make SURE you are 101% certain before ordering.
2. STRICTLY no cancellation of orders once OC is sent. 50% of your total order will be paid if you wish to cancel.
3. Downpayments are NOT REFUNDABLE except OOS.
4. DOP are PAYO unless stated otherwise.
5. Failure to pay on the DATE OF PAYMENT (DOP) will result to a PENALTY of 15php per day, until such time that the item is paid.
6. I will make sure that all personal details provided will be strictly CONFIDENTIAL unless the buyer violated any terms and conditions enumerated herein.
7.Combined shipment is allowed if you INFORM as ahead of time and of items are not yet on hand. Otherwise, I will not be accepting combined shipments.
8. I will send photo and video condition upon REQUEST
9. I am NOT LIABLE for loss, damage, or delay arising from manufacturing defect/s of sealed items and damages done by the local or international courier.
10. Once your order is SHIPPED, i am not liable for any lost or damages due to shipment, but rest assured that i will pack your item/s securely.
11. I am not liable for FAILURE to receive your order in delivery that result in returning the package in our address. You will PAY another shipping fee in order to ship your items again and will be given until 1 month to coordinate and arrange again the shipping schedule. Failure to comply and coordinate within the given period will be tagged as abandoned.
12. Unclaimed parcels/ items (w/o any notice) will be considered as ABANDONED or cancelled order if it won't be claimed until 1 month, It will be up again for sale. A refund will not be given if tagged as abandoned.
13. Not clear and cut unboxing video = No return or refund
14. No receipt = No payment
